Subscription Terms

These terms apply to our optional monthly subscription plans. They are in addition to our main Terms & Conditions.

1. Monthly Plans Are Optional

Our monthly plans are completely optional. You can order the one-time £99 starter website build without signing up for a monthly plan. Monthly plans are designed for clients who want ongoing support and updates.

2. Recurring Billing

Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you choose to cancel.

3. Automatic Payments

By starting a monthly plan, you authorise us (through our payment provider) to automatically charge your chosen payment method for each billing period. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will not be billed for future billing periods. To cancel, contact us at info@arkwebstudios.com.

5. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel part-way through a month, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Please also see our Refund Policy.

6. What's Included

Monthly plans may include services such as:

  • Ongoing support
  • Website updates and small edits
  • Maintenance to keep your site running smoothly

The exact features included depend on the plan you choose at the time of purchase. Anything not included in your plan may be available as an optional add-on.

7. After Cancellation

When your subscription ends:

  • Services included in the plan (such as updates and support) will stop
  • Your website itself remains yours as covered by our Terms & Conditions
  • You can restart a plan in the future if you wish

8. Changes to Plans or Pricing

We may update plan features or pricing from time to time. If changes affect your existing subscription, we will let you know in advance so you can decide whether to continue.
