Refund Processing Fee
A £50 fee applies on all refunds. This covers the administrative and design work already completed on your project.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You are not satisfied with the final website design after your revision has been used
- We fail to deliver your website within the agreed timeframe without prior communication
- The delivered website is significantly different from the agreed scope
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at info@arkwebstudios.com within 14 days of delivery
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- We will review your request within 48 hours
- If approved, the refund (minus the £50 processing fee) will be processed within 5-10 business days
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Monthly support plans (can be cancelled at any time, but no refund for the current billing period)
- Add-on services that have already been fully delivered and approved
- Domain name registrations
- Third-party service fees
4. Revisions vs. Refunds
All website builds include 1 revision. We encourage you to use your revision to make adjustments before requesting a refund. Additional revisions may be available depending on your plan.
